So I asked to be surprised, and boy, was I. Not only did the shop owner do an amazing job, but she took the time to get to know me and understand me as a person. This really meant a lot.Because when I received my Lippie, it was absolutely gorgeous and totally me. The charms are absolutely adorable and they brought back great memories of my mother and me. This is more than just a Lippie to me. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and I appreciate the store owner Den, so much.
