How It Works

Here's what you can expect when you order a custom denim piece:

• Sourcing the Perfect Canvas: We primarily use thrifted and reworked denim jackets to give them a new life and unique character. This sustainable approach means each piece has its own story. In the event we can't find your specific size or style through thrifting, we'll source a suitable denim jacket or item from another supplier to ensure your vision is realized.
• Creative Embellishments: Your custom denim can be adorned with a variety of exciting elements, including:
• Sparkling rhinestones
• Vibrant iron-on transfers
• Fringe trim
• Mesh panels cut outs 
• Securely sewn-on embellishments like elegant pearl beads and more!
• Production Time: Due to the personalized nature and meticulous detail involved, please allow up to four weeks for your custom denim piece to be created. The exact timeframe will depend on the intricacy of your design. We'll keep you updated on our progress!

To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for both of us, please note the following:

• All Custom Orders are Final Sale: Because each item is uniquely created to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made orders. Please be sure to provide all necessary details accurately.
• Clear Communication is Key: The more detail you provide about your vision upfront (e.g., colors, themes, specific elements), the better we can bring it to life. We may reach out for clarification during the design process.
• Approval Process : For iron-on transfers, we can offer a mock-up for your approval before we begin physical production. Please let us know if you'd like this option.
• Care Instructions: To preserve the beauty and longevity of your custom denim, specific care instructions will be provided with your finished piece, most pieces are spot clean only.

* Lay Flat to Dry: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and lay the garment flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
* Avoid Rubbing: Be mindful not to rub the bedazzled areas vigorously.
* Storage: Store flat or hung carefully to prevent snagging or damage to the embellishments.
