Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Custom and personalized items may require additional time. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review and assist you.
